Soccer Finale

The Greater Cleveland Fall Soccer season is officially over! YAHOO!!!! Don't get me wrong... I loved watching the boys having fun, but it's a lot of work! Soccer practice 3 nights a week and 2 games every Sunday, plus washing uniforms and making sure to get snacks..... A lot of work!

I'm very proud of the progress they've both made. Guy actually got hit in the face today, and walked it off. A few tears were shed, but he maintained his composure. A few weeks ago, he would have fallen apart. He's matured sooo much. Look at how he's going after the ball and trying his best to play. Go, Guy!

Cole was elated, today. Mrs. McCoy came to his soccer game! What a gift on his last game. I don't think he cared if he won or lost. I wonder if he'll always remember his first crush on his teacher?

Guy got his metal at the end of the game today. Cole will get his on Tuesday night at his End-of-the-season party. Cole thinks he big stuff because now he will have a trophy from last year and a metal for this season. poor Guy was just in awe. He told Jeff, "Dad, this is my first metal ever!"
