Don't Get Me Wet! Yeah, right!

Jeff and the crew at the office worked like crazy to complete the July quarterly reports. They did it in less than a week. I think it's a new record! So... Lynn wanted to reward them with a day out of the office. Normally, the spouses aren't allowed to come, but we were invited this time! Woo-who!

Lynn rented a double-decker pontoon boat with a slide and a 3-person jet ski. He also purchased a knee board and an innertube to pull behind the jet ski. Jenny is now a jet ski drivin' momma! She had never driven, but boy can she cut circles now. At least she didn't ram the boat like I did! Oops!

Lynn, Jeff and Adam were dare-devils. They were running and SAILING off the top deck, then sliding upside-down off the slide. They even got Jenny to try it!

Brittany just LOVES being pulled on the innertube, especially when Lynn tried to stand on her back. HA!

John, Tim and Kevin spent the day fishing. However, I think they would have had better luck if all the "adrenalin junkies" weren't speeding by on the jet ski or diving of the boat, huh?

Thea and I were stuck on the boat to sit and watch. She had exploratory surgery a few days before the outing and I am banned from getting in the lake due to germs. So we got a good laugh watching everyone. It was a great day even though it was cool. The sun finally came out around 2:00 and it felt awesome!

We will definitely have to get out on the lake and do this again!

Kennedy knows how to throw a party!

Kennedy Grace Wilson is 8 years old!
Kennedy had her 8th birthday the other night. It was GREAT!!! Thea hired a petting zoo to go to Hertiage park. The kids got to ride a pony, cuddle baby bunnies (which by the way... I WANT ONE!), and pet lambs, sheep, baby Pygmy goats, a pot-belly pig and an Alpaca (it's like a llama). They had a blast. There was pizza, brownies and soda pop.

After the animals left the kids played on the play ground, then had a "pantie hose and flour ball" fight. I know it sounds crazy. It's like paint ball that's washable and on a string. The kids loved it! Cole looked like he had been in the kitchen baking when they were done.

Guy got to spend time with Gentry and Bailey. He and Bailey have not seen each other in a long time. They had big fun trying to pull pranks on each other. Bailey finally got Guy by sliding a plate of brownies under his bottom as he was sitting in a chair. They were hilarious to watch. I'm going to have to try and get them together more often.

Kennedy and Cole were trying to "talk" to the duck, by making quacky noises. Aren't they a hoot!?! The pig fascinated everyone, but the bunnies were the hit of the party. Everyone wanted one. That is Dayla Cole! Can you believe how grown she is?

I'm so proud of myself... I was able to actually catch pictures of Guy! Ain't he a cutie!

Well, until next time... Love ya and God Bless!
